I learnt so much about myself in a safe and supportive environment. The workshop taught me new ways of leadership – being true, authentic and honest to yourself and the people you work with. It’s not always about being a strong tough leader, it takes vulnerability and space to see the reality in situations… And trusting in yourself. I recommend working with Eiran for any leadership development, it is not only for people in management positions but leaders who aspire to become more intune with themselves and the workplace! I’ve found that Eiran’s knowledge, intuition and skills has helped me develop my own leadership style and made me do things differently in the workplace.
