We had just out-sourced our services & restructured which was a process that had taken 2 years to work through. We had a group of employees who had been made redundant or who had been re-allocated positions with the new provider. These employees had been through a lot so we organise a workshop so the employees could end their time with the business & taking pride in what they had achieved over their years of service, some having been with us for over 30 years. The Leadership team worked with Eiran to ensure the transition went well over the final months. We found working with Eiran incredible, her knowledge of the structures, systems & treatment of staff, so employees could all move forward in a good way, was impecable. We couldn’t thank her enough. Some Employees also went on to have coaching with her to provide transition & career coaching between jobs.
