Since working with Eiran, we have noticed a huge shift in our organisational culture. Eiran has helped facilitate honest and meaningful discussions between directors, which has had a flow on effect to the whole organisation. We have been able to clearly identify where we want to go as a company, and what people we need to help us get there.
